HOW IT WORKS

aNNUAL tRAINING

Our virtual annual management and employee trainings reinforce the anonymous, confidential nature of the incident reporting process to encourage confidence in incident reporting.

iNCIDENT rEPORTING hOTLINE

Employees use our secure and encrypted web-based incident reporting hotline to report incidents of misconduct, policy violations, fraud, and other concerns.

rEPORTING pROCESS fACILITATION

We facilitate the distribution of the reported incidents to a pre-designated chain of command within the organization avoiding distribution of the reported information to the parties involved.

fOLLOW uP iNVESTIGATION

When a reported incident rises to the level of needing further investigation, Workman Forensics provides investigation services to EthiCall subscribers at discounted fees.

WHISTLEBLOWER HOTLINE ACCESS | $4 PER EMPLOYEE PER YEAR

EthiCall whistleblower hotline access includes:

  • Anonymous and confidential online and toll-free phone incident reporting

  • Virtual on-demand training for users to learn how and what to report through the online portal

  • Facilitation of reported incidents by Workman Forensics to pre-designated chain of command

  • Discounted fees for investigation services regarding incidents reported

monthly reporting - number of incidents reported | $15 per month

We provide monthly reporting to human resources or management regarding the number of incidents reported in the prior month. This is strictly a report containing the number of incidents and does not contain the details of the reported information.

Annual Live Virtual Employee Training | $500 per one-hour session

To encourage the use of the hotline and to train employees on how and what to report, annual management and employee trainings are provided by our Workman Forensics’ team in a live, virtual format. Workman Forensics will host the entire event.

Custom reporting HOTLINE landing page | $250 one-time fee

We provide a custom branded landing page with a direct link to share with your employees to facilitate incident reporting.
