Leah Wietholter, MBA, CFE, PI, CPA
Chief Executive Officer

Leah is the CEO and Founder of Workman Forensics in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Leah is a licensed Private Investigator in Oklahoma and a licensed Certified Public Accounting in Oklahoma and Utah.

While working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Leah discovered an interest and talent for forensic accounting. After leaving the FBI, she served as a senior certified fraud examiner in a Tulsa public accounting firm before leaving to open Workman Forensics in 2010. 

With over 18 years of experience and a track record of more than 300 cases, Leah has refined her expertise to develop the Data Sleuth® Process—a scalable, data-driven approach to forensic accounting and fraud investigations. This innovative method is featured in her book, Data Sleuth - Using Data in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigations, and explored further in the bi-monthly Data Sleuth Podcast. Check out The Data Sleuth® Podcast here!

She holds an undergraduate degree in accounting from Oral Roberts University and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.

Jordan Siff, CPA, CFE
Forensic Accounting Director

Jordan has extensive experience in vendor risk management, including cost recovery and fraud investigation. After spending over a decade refining his skills in the oil & gas industry, Jordan found forensic accounting to be the ideal accounting niche to apply his analytical skills. Determined to find that “needle in the haystack”, Jordan enjoys the detective analysis to identify red flags and expose potential issues. He does not shy from asking tough questions and digging out the anomaly details, all while keeping the big picture in mind.

He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas, a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Schreiner University in Kerrville, Texas. Currently, Jordan serves on the board of the Northeast Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Stevie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Forensic Accounting from Roger’s State University. With 17 years of experience in retail operations, she has developed a strong background in inventory management. Now at Workman Forensics, Stevie has discovered her true passion, where she leverages her analytical skills to identify and resolve financial discrepancies. She is committed to accuracy and problem solving in every aspect of her work.
